Modern Tropical Atmosphere, Cuisine and Libations Set to Open at 360 Park Avenue South in September 2010
New York, NY – Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF) recently arranged a long-term, 13,000-square-foot lease for The Hurricane Club, a new restaurant set to open September 2010 at 360 Park Avenue South at 26th Street.
RKF Managing Director Robert Draizen and Director Spencer Levy represented the tenant, while David Tricarico and Devon McBride of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in this transaction.
The Hurricane Club, a modern interpretation of a Polynesian supper club, is the third collaboration of Michael Stillman, chef-partner Craig Koketsu (Park Avenue Winter/Spring/Summer/Autumn, Quality Meats), and the principals of award-winning design firm AvroKO (Public, Stanton Social). Located off Madison Park in the Flatiron District, The Hurricane Club is situated in an expansive corner space and features soaring 20-foot ceilings, several private dining rooms, low-lit bars and labyrinthine lounges with seating for 250 guests.
