Organic, Grass Fed Burger Chain Signs 3,178-SF Lease at 103 West 14th Street
New York, NY – Robert K. The organic, grass fed burger chain's first Manhattan location is anticipated to open in May 2010.

RKF has successfully completed the leasing assignment at 103 West 14th Street, having previously secured a 2,500-square-foot lease at the property with 7-Eleven for its New York City flagship.
Elevation Burger will occupy 1,958 square feet on the Ground Floor and 1,200 square feet of storage space in the Basement.
